As for glues, from my personal experience I recommend user Welbond as for bonding purposes simply because it is second to none - after years of working with mosaic and trying out just about every glue available in the market I can say it's simply the best around. Also to its benefit it is water resistant and in case of a spill some soap and water cleans it up right away, in fact the only draw back is that you can't use it on pools, fountains or other water areas as the glue is water based.
The last thing to take note of the mosaic tile grout. It comes pre-mixed with sand which is used to provide strength between gaps in the mosaics. Two other tools which aren't really needed but might make your live easier when working with sea glass mosaics are tweezers and mounting grids.
